Nathan started his career in Food & Beverage 9 years ago, managing a large pub & event venue in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
It wasn’t long before Nathan really grew a passion for helping businesses grow through events and marketing. Relocating to Bunbury in early 2015, and completing his Degree in Business Majoring in Hospitality & Tourism.
Nathan saw a gap in the industry, seeing a lack of support for hospitality owners because let’s be honest hospitality is a hard gig!
Nathan started working one on one with hospitality businesses, and saw many of the same patterns in each business; Lack of structure and direction, Lack of marketing or not using marketing tools correctly, Lack of innovation.
Nathan now has a strong focus on bringing hospitality owners, structure, direction and marketing/promotions to their business, to help them grow and keep growing!
Nathan is an energetic, enthusiastic and committed and dedicated worker who takes pride in creating and executing client projects, with seamless results.
Sam is our Hospitality and Event Manager, joining The Privilege Group in November 2022, after many years managing a range of different hospitality venues and teams.
Sam has hospitality in her blood, growing up with her mother leading and managing a nation wide hotel brand.
Sam started her career in a similar fashion, Sam has worked for the past 11 years in hospitality and has seen the industry transform rapidly.
Sam is now the approachable and colourful face of events and all things hospitality at The Privilege Group.
As well as solid hospitality and event experience, Sam also has expertise in mural workshops, wedding photography and signwriting! As well as managing some amazing beer and street festivals - it seems there isn't anything that Sam won't try out in weird and wonderful ways.
Sam always has the same warm persona with everyone she meets, people being one of her greatest passions. It is imperative that people are always treated with compassion and cared for, which Sam takes pride in.
With the growth and change we have seen in the hospitality industry over previous years, Sam has one thing on her mind - to always be adapting to the trends and needs of clients with energy and charisma.

Brenda is our Social Media Marketing Specialist having recently completed a Bachelors in Marketing and Human Resources.
Joining the Privilege Group in 2019, she has had experience in social media marketing in all different enterprises including, Creative Arts, Beauty and Makeup, Hospitality & Non-profits.
Brenda has a passion for graphic design, photography and for good food!
In her own time, she is always on the hunt for fun interesting pop-up local events. She is an enthusiastic and charismatic character, dedicated to giving your business a voice and bringing it to life through social media."
