1.1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing tickets to any events organised by us (The Privilege Group), you are entering into a binding legal agreement with us which is subject to these T&Cs.
You will need to confirm that you accept these T&Cs when you purchase Tickets directly from us or from one of our authorised ticket agents.
Before purchasing Tickets from anyone else, you should make sure that the person offering you the Tickets is entitled to transfer them to you in accordance with these T&Cs. If they aren’t, the Tickets can be cancelled without us providing any refund.
Our platform provides one ticket delivery method, being email. We will attempt to deliver your e-ticket by email to the email address registered to your account.

1.2 REFUND POLICY
You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or if you are unable to attend an event due to your own personal circumstances which are out of our control. If there are acts out of our control such as acts of god, Government restrictions or venue related complications [such as but not limited to: sudden closure of venue]
While we try our best to ensure our events run as planned, this is not always possible and we may in some cases elect to cancel, reschedule or change an event.
In the off chance we cancel an event, you are entitled to a refund. We will email the person whose contact details are currently associated with the Tickets to the event to organise a refund of the original Ticket price. We will only refund the original Ticket price and not any booking fees or other transaction costs you might incur. We will use reasonable efforts to pay refunds within 28 days after the date the cancelled event was scheduled to occur. A $12 cancellation fee applies.
If we change the date or venue of an event, Tickets will still be valid for the new date and venue. You are not entitled to a refund if we reschedule an event to a later date that is within a reasonable time of the original date. You are not entitled to a refund if we move an event to a different venue that is within a reasonable distance of the original venue and has substantially similar facilities and amenities to the original venue.
We reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists. If we change any other details of an event, such as line-up changes for artists performing at an event, you are not entitled to a refund.
2.0 General
2.1 Variations
We may vary these T&Cs at any time without notice to you. These T&Cs will apply as varied by us from time to time to all Tickets we subsequently issue. You should check our website to see the most up-to-date T&Cs.
2.2 Termination
Subject to your refund entitlements as provided in section 1.2 above, you are not entitled to terminate the agreement between us and you in relation to Tickets. We may terminate the agreement between us and you in relation to Tickets if you breach any part of these T&Cs.
2.3 Australian Consumer Law
These T&Cs are intended to accommodate any consumer guarantees that apply to our events under the Australian Consumer Law. If any part of these T&Cs is inconsistent with any applicable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, such part will be read-down to the minimum extent necessary to remove the inconsistency.
